Hyperkin has unveiled a prototype of the Mega 95 portable console, specifically designed for games with Sega Genesis and Mega Drive cartridges. The console is equipped with a 5-inch screen and can work up to 10 hours on a single battery charge.

The design of the Mega 95 largely follows the 2018 version of the MegaRetroN HD console from the same company. Moreover, you can also connect it to your TV via the USB-C docking station that comes in the kit, and play using original Sega gamepads if you happen to have any lying around.

The price and exact release date of Mega 95 have not yet been announced.
