The American company McIntosh released a monophonic power amplifier MC2.1KW for its 75th anniversary .

The amplifier has a triple chassis – the signal circuits are divided between two upper blocks, while the third contains, in addition to the traditional blue dial indicator, a set of outputs and outputs. You should not be surprised at the presence of three pairs of terminals for connecting acoustics – each of the bottom is designed to select the resistance value that best suits the nominal impedance of the acoustics: 2 Ohms, 4 Ohms or 8 Ohms.
The case design uses tempered glass, steel and aluminum, and each amplifier has four passive cooling radiators. This is not surprising, given that the stated output power is 2000 watts .
The McIntosh MC2.1KW mono power amplifier will go on sale in January 2024.
