Nubert Electronic GmbH, a German company, has unveiled the Nubert nuConnect ampXL integrated amplifier. This amplifier comes with a built-in DAC unit and a network streamer. Through a firmware update, the Nubert nuConnect ampXL will soon offer access to the TIDAL streaming service via TIDAL Connect. The integrated amplifier's output stages operate in class D, resulting in a compact design. Additionally, it boasts a power output of up to 340 W per channel, enabling seamless control over a wide range of speaker systems.
The Nubert nuConnect ampXL amplifier comes with a DSP sound processor that enables the incorporation of diverse captivating features, including a 5-band equalizer and an exceptionally responsive Nubert volume control. Moreover, it boasts a sound calibration system called Nubert X-Room Calibration, specifically designed to optimize the acoustic characteristics of any room. This remarkable feature can be accessed through the exclusive Nubert X-Remote application.
The integrated amplifier, Nubert nuConnect ampXL, offers a wide range of connectivity options. It features optical and coaxial S/PDIF inputs, as well as analogue RCA and XLR inputs. Additionally, it includes a built-in phono stage for MM and MC pickup heads. The HDMI ARC interface can be utilized with an optional adapter. Moreover, the amplifier allows for the connection of active subwoofers, including wireless connectivity through Nubert X-Connect, if desired.
The nuConnect ampXL amplifier from Nubert is equipped with a Bluetooth adapter that supports various codecs such as SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD, and aptX LL. It seamlessly integrates into a network through RJ45 Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections. When connected to a computer network, it acts as a DLNA certified UPnP streaming client and also supports Apple AirPlay 2, Google Chromecast, and Spotify via Spotify Connect. Moreover, with a firmware update, TIDAL Connect has been added to the list of supported platforms.
