SMSL offers the VMV A2 Class D amplifier , which combines only audiophile quality components in a durable and designer CNC machined aluminum housing. Complete, versatile and powerful, A2 adapts to any need and any system, while delivering rich and accurate sound reproduction.
SMSL A2 uses original digital feedback technology. This technology dramatically reduces distortion for incredibly clear sound reproduction.
Built-in high quality Qualcomm Bluetooth chip supports many Bluetooth codecs. In addition to the classic AAC and SBC codecs, it also supports aptX, aptX-HD, LDAC and UAT, delivering superior wireless audio quality.
The SMSL A2 comes with a variety of preset equalization profiles to adapt to your listening environment and audio system. Bass and treble levels can also be adjusted for customization.
The USB-B A2 input is linked to the second generation XMOS interface, supporting high sampling rates up to 32-bit 768kHz PCM and native DSD512.
The A2 uses a professional LLC power supply specifically designed for power amplifiers. It also features an active PFC circuit and an advanced EMI filter to stabilize the output signal and reduce noise. Finally, the power supply stage features a complete protection circuit with optimized heat dissipation to ensure power stability and reliability.
The analog input of the SMSL A2 uses a Texas Instruments PCM1804 ADC chip with a filter circuit consisting of three low-noise OPA1678 op-amps, which ensures perfectly clear audio reproduction even in analog mode.
