The Topping EHA5 has a 12V trigger input that can be connected to other devices to automatically turn the amplifier on and off. This allows you to use it practically and smoothly to enjoy the best qualities of your music.
Topping EHA5 has plenty of power to accompany demanding electrostatic headphones. With an output level of 700Vrms and 2000Vp-p, it will have no problem driving the vast majority of headphones effectively.
When the EHA5's headphone output is disabled, the input signal is sent directly to the balanced XLR and single-ended RCA outputs on the rear panel. This allows the EHA5 to be used with electrostatic headphones, as well as other audio devices with a preamplifier function.
