The Luxman DA-07X incorporates a high-performance DAC chip from ROHM, specifically the BD34301EKV, configured in dual mono mode. It supports a remarkable range of audio formats from the USB DAC input, accommodating up to 768KHz/32bit PCM and DSD 22.5MHz, and includes a comprehensive MQA decoder.

The analog circuitry boasts a fully balanced I/V conversion that utilizes the differential output of the DAC chip in mono operation. Additionally, it features a discrete buffer circuit functioning as a low-pass filter to effectively drive subsequent stages.

Moreover, the device is equipped with a filter switching capability and anti-jitter technology for each input. In addition to the USB DAC input (USB B), the DA-07X offers two coaxial digital inputs, two optical inputs, and one AES/EBU input. It also includes a digital-to-digital conversion function that can output the digital input signal, supporting up to 192KHz/24 bit in PCM format.
The signal is sent to both RCA and XLR outputs. There is also an option to disable the digital outputs (optical and coaxial) to enhance the quality of the analog outputs by blocking unnecessary signal paths.

Is it just me but, from the back view, seeing the folded top cover makes it look cheap ? I had the DA-06 and it looked much better.
