Roksan has revealed that its Attessa Streaming network integrated amplifier has received Roon Ready certification from Roon Labs. The Attessa streamer from Roksan is driven by BluOS and will now have the capability to seamlessly integrate into the Roon ecosystem, providing a versatile and enjoyable method for organizing and enjoying your music. Additionally, users will have access to artist photos, credits, biographies, reviews, lyrics, tour dates, and composers, all interconnected to form a user-friendly digital magazine.
Furthermore, Roon serves as a multi-room, multi-user network audio platform, providing capabilities like bit-perfect playback, DSD and PCM upsampling, support for multi-channel audio, and additional features.
The Roksan Attessa integrated amplifier is equipped to handle analog sources, such as vinyl record players, thanks to its built-in phono preamplifier designed for moving magnet (MM) pickup heads. Along with the Phono input, the amplifier features two analog linear inputs. For digital connectivity, there are two USB-A ports, as well as optical and coaxial inputs available.
Owners of the Roksan Attessa Streaming amplifier can enhance their system by updating the firmware to version 3.5 through the Maestro Unite app, which includes adding Roon Ready functionality and other enhancements.
