Marantz has unveiled its latest addition to the AV receiver lineup, the Cinema 30 model, joining the Cinema 50 and Cinema 40 models in the series.
The Cinema 30 boasts 11 class AB amplification channels and can process up to 13.4 channels with an external amplifier. It features seven HDMI inputs, six of which support 8K resolution, and supports high dynamic range formats Dolby Vision and HDR10+.
The Cinema 30 decodes all existing Dolby and DTS formats, including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X/DTS:X Pro, as well as the Auro-3D format and IMAX Enhanced mode.
Delivering 140 watts of power into two channels at 8 ohms, the Cinema 30 outperforms its predecessors, supported by a 32-bit ESS Saber DAC and Audyssey MultiEQ XT32 room calibration system. It offers compatibility with DSD audio and supports streaming via HEOS, AirPlay 2, and Bluetooth.

Equipped with dual Analog Devices Sharc chipsets and a Marantz HDAM SA-2 preamp stage, the Cinema 30 promises enhanced performance and musicality. It includes analog and digital connections, a turntable input with MM cartridge support, four independent subwoofer outputs, and USB-A on the front panel.
The receiver can be controlled via voice commands using Alexa, Google, and Apple HomePod, the Marantz AVR app, or the included learning remote control. Available in black and silver, the Cinema 30 comes with a five-year warranty and is part of the Masimo Corporation, alongside renowned audio brands Bowers & Wilkins, Polk, Definitive Technology, and Boston Acoustics.
