The Audio-Technica AT-LPW50BT is designed with a 30mm thick MDF plinth that boasts an anti-resonance feature and is finished with a rosewood veneer, effectively minimizing low-frequency acoustic feedback. It is equipped with a motor that includes an encoder for accurate platter rotation at both 33-1/3 and 45 rpm. Additionally, it features a professional-grade cast aluminum platter that is anti-resonant and comes with a rubber mat.
The turntable is equipped with a straight carbon fiber tonearm that allows for adjustable tracking force and dynamic anti-skating control. It includes an AT-HS4 headshell featuring a universal ½-inch mount, along with an AT-VM95E dual moving magnet cartridge that has a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus. Additionally, the cartridge is compatible with any replacement stylus from the VM95 series, providing a variety of choices to accommodate different budgets and needs.
The Audio-Technica AT-LPW50BT is equipped with a built-in, switchable phono preamp and a detachable RCA output cable, allowing for connection to devices with or without a dedicated phono input.
